IOSH is the Chartered Body and the largest membership organisation for safety and health professionals.

TCM work for IOSH Services Limited in the capacity as an Associate Consultant, servicing their Corporate Clients with respect to Governance and Leadership consultancy.

TCM were engaged to design and deliver a safety leadership programme that is being rolled out across the States of Jersey. This will eventually filter through all industries across the island.

Sterling Services manufacture and install complex architectural precast concrete structures. TCM have worked with them on a number of engaging projects including:

• Safe solutions for working at height whilst loading and unloading flatbed vehicles with precast concrete structures
• Control of isocyanate exposure

TCM worked for six years in South and North America for a Shell Operating Company. During this time they wrote a suite of Safety Cases, a Corporate HS Management System and facilitated certification to ISO14001.

Geomarine Guernsey is a leading provider of civil engineering, marine construction and geotechnical services. TCM worked in conjunction with Geomarine to review temporary works procedures from the initial design concept through to onsite installation, use and dismantling.

Rabeys sell, maintain, hire and equip commercial vehicles, with an extensive portfolio of supplier franchises for light commercial, heavy goods, material handling and agricultural vehicles.

TCM worked Rabeys management to design a 2 year strategy for safety improvement including policies, procedures, risk assessments and a health and safety training programme.

The Garenne Group is a leading Channel Islands business with a long tradition of investment in local construction. They employ over 950 people, have an annual turnover of £150 million and have operations based in Guernsey, Jersey and the UK.

TCM act as the competent external advisor the the Garenne Construction Group Board of Directors. They advise the board on health and safety compliance and strategy, and audit Group Trading Companies to ensure a consistent level of safety management is being achieved across the Group.

Granite Le Pelley specialize in the design and detailing, procurement, installation and maintenance of all stone for private, commercial and public buildings.

TCM wrote the Company Health and Safety Policy. In addition to this they worked with management to identify safe methods for large scale stone splitting activities.
